Your Chauffeur will meet you inside the Airport at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.
The Chauffeur will have a name sign that states "Limo 4 Less" The guest's name will appear below the company name.
If the Chauffeur can not locate the guest, the Chauffeur will attempt to page the arriving guest over the Public Announcement system of the airport. If you can not find the Chauffeur in the baggage claims area, please listen to the announcement for your name.
If you still can not find the Chauffeur and haven't heard you name paged over the Public Announcement system, please call our office 1-877-566-4577 as soon as possible so that we may inform the Chauffeur of your location.
When you arrive at BWI or DCA and after you claim your luggage. Please call 1-877-566-4577 and we will send the driver to the second curb. Our car or van will come around with there 4 way flashers on. This is the way the guest is to recognize us.
If you can not find the Chauffer, please call our office immediately at 1-877-566-4577, we will ask for a description of what you and your party are wearing so that we may quickly locate you.
Limo 4 Less is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to its guests, however, if you fail to call our Toll Free number or leave the airport by another means of transporation; Limo 4 Less will not be liable to refund the total amount of the reservation to the Guest.
Our Chauffeurs are constantly monitoring traffic conditions and flight arrivals/departures, sometimes there are unforseen circumstances that delay pickups. This is why it is important to call our Toll Free number (1-877-566-4577) if you can not find the Chauffer.
Any pickup between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM will incur an additional $10.00 charge added to cost of service.
The additional charge can be paid directly to the Chauffer or can be added to the credit card charge for your reservation.
The late night/early morning charge will automatically be added to your rate when you submit your reservation.
